We use art and design

to expand student access to voting

Most college students are interested in voting. But they’re faced with a process that is new and with rules that are confusing.

As artists and designers, we use our skills in narrative and visual design along with our capacity to think sideways to develop non-partisan, creative solutions. Our projects create community, empower peer-to-peer learning, and prompt action!

The Creative Campus Voting Project is a non-partisan initiative based at the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design. Our team has been using creative action research to increase college-age voter participation since 2018.
